Pastor Richard and Donna Harris have a vision to make disciples of nations. The passion of their hearts is leading others to experience the power, identity and love of God in Jesus Christ. They firmly believe that true discipleship—which brings transformation and fulfilment—comes only through a disciplined life of faith in God’s Word, an authentic love-relationship with Him through the Holy Spirit, and authentic fellowship in the Body of Christ.
For this reason, Richard Harris Ministries is committed to teaching the Word of God without apology or compromise and providing opportunity for authentic community and the growth of every believer in the callings and gifts of the Holy Spirit in their individual lives.

Meet the Founders
Richard & Donna harris
Founders
Richard Harris is passionate about making disciples of Jesus! His powerful Bible teachings are built on God’s mighty work of grace in his own life and his deep understanding of Scripture. Using his skills acquired from more than twenty years of private practice as an attorney, Richard presents powerful and in-depth teaching that leads believers into a real-life experience of God’s power, identity, and love.
In addition to his daily broadcast, Higher Ground, Richard provides resources including Bible teaching and worship videos to home church pastors around the world. Richard is also known for his work as the Executive Director of the Truth and Liberty Coalition under the leadership of Andrew Wommack and serves as the Director of the Practical Government School at Charis Bible College.
He is immensely blessed to be married to Donna for thirty years and counting, and together, they have three amazing children.
